About us The AI Lab at Quanta is focused on empowering the company through AI. We develop AI algorithms and software solutions that not only enhance our products but also optimize productivity across various functions within the organization. We also provide AI information and knowledge for the executives from different business units for strategic decision-making. The lab fosters innovation, encouraging groundbreaking ideas to push the boundaries of AI and drive transformative change. Job description As a software engineering manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and implement AI-powered software solutions for the company. You and your team will be equipped with remarkable computing resources and devices including servers, workstations, laptops and smart glasses. Responsibilities ●Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop AI software solutions. ●Collaborate with data scientists, project managers, designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design software solutions. ●Coordinate and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. ●Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends.

●8+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). ●3+ years of experience in data science/ML/AI application development. ●3+ years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. ●Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, coding practices, and programming languages. ●Proven track record of leading and managing successful software projects from start to finish. ●Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. ●Excellent communication with empathy and leadership skills. ●Adaptability to the agile culture. ●Experience in data engineering is a plus.
