Follow up the result and create forecasts and (if needed) activate scenario plans. 9. Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance to make optimal business decisions. 10. Lead and develop leaders and teams in the areas of responsibility of the own function. Identify and develop talents and secure succession planning.

About the Job: 1. About the assignment: ​ Business Follow Ups and Reporting 1. I am responsible for in-store business performance follow ups and communication. 2. I provide business reporting and related analysis by kinds of periodic reports in sales, margin, costs, productivity and other KPIs for store constant performance improvement. 3. Business Performance analysis and steering. 4. I use benchmarking and store clusters to identify potentials, communicate the findings to the store management team and implement proven solutions. 5. I secure the financial performance in line with goals and I highlight deviations and potentials, in order that store can take action to achieve goals. 6. I work together with the commercial team in analyzing benefits, costs and investments to ensure the good return on investments. 7. Financial Budget & Forecast. 8. I support BNOM in coordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and Service office BN. 9. I co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year. 10.I contribute to the store scenario planning process. Others: 1. To be the super user for the financial system in the store such as Navision, QLIKVIEW etc. 2. To be involved in the sales driving and cost efficiency activities.
