Having the full understanding of the Profit & Loss for the store and steer actions to provide a store in shape as new, reducing costs and considering all impact on the P&L. Follow up the result and create forecasts and (if needed) activate scenario plans. 9. Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance to make optimal business decisions. 10. Lead and develop leaders and teams in the areas of responsibility of the own function. Identify and develop talents and secure succession planning.

Take lead the safety and security risk team including external guard service staff to fulfill the above policy, by conduct training to guards and co-workers, and continuously patrolling and supervising the store’s fire prevention, physical security equipment, co-worker and customer’s safety issues, in order to prevent fire, accident, internal and external crime from happening. About the assignment: 1. Lead the management of facility services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for coworkers, visitors and customers of the store. 2. Maintain the store “In Shape as New” through leading planned, corrective and operational maintenance services and project initiative. 3. Work with store management to define store risk objectives, targets and related annually action plan by accessing current business conditions, co-worker’s safety & security awareness and outcome of commercial review. 4. Lead and responsible for the store daily safety and security operation and ensure store safety & security management meet with IKEA group requirements and local government regulations. 5. Develop relationship with local safety & security / relevant authority as representative of store operations. 6. About the assignment: ​ Business Follow Ups and Reporting 1. I am responsible for in-store business performance follow ups and communication. 2. I provide business reporting and related analysis by kinds of periodic reports in sales, margin, costs, productivity and other KPIs for store constant performance improvement. 3. Business Performance analysis and steering. 4. I use benchmarking and store clusters to identify potentials, communicate the findings to the store management team and implement proven solutions. 5. I secure the financial performance in line with goals and I highlight deviations and potentials, in order that store can take action to achieve goals. 6. I work together with the commercial team in analyzing benefits, costs and investments to ensure the good return on investments. 7. Financial Budget & Forecast. 8. I support BNOM in coordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and Service office BN. 9. I co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year. 10.I contribute to the store scenario planning process. Others: 1. To be the super user for the financial system in the store such as Navision, QLIKVIEW etc. 2. To be involved in the sales driving and cost efficiency activities.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: I work together with my team as well as my colleagues in the IKEA food management team from where I lead and manage the IKEA Swedish Food Market and IKEA Bistro to fulfill the purpose of our function by building business and people together. Together with my colleagues and manager I contribute actively in the development and implementation of a clear action plan for my store using the store business plan and country business plan.
