Within Wiwynn’s global footprint, strategically design and execute competitive and compliant total rewards and employee relations policies to attract and retain key talent, strengthen organizational culture and employee experience, and support the company’s sustainable growth and international development.
1. Global Total Rewards Strategy and Management
• Develop and regularly review compensation policies based on corporate strategy and market trends (Taiwan, U.S., Mexico, Malaysia, etc.) to ensure competitiveness and forward-looking practices.
• Lead global annual compensation surveys, salary structure design, and bonus/salary review planning; work with senior management and finance to ensure effective budget execution.
• Drive cross-regional compensation projects (salary structure review, annual salary table update, merit and promotion adjustments, retention programs, long-term incentives), leveraging data analysis and process optimization to enhance compliance, cost efficiency, and digitalization.
• Manage executive-level appointment evaluation and compensation to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
• Participate in M&A, restructuring, and spin-off projects, integrating diverse compensation solutions to support organizational growth.
2. Strategic Leadership and Organizational Influence
• Participate in corporate strategy development, ensuring alignment between total rewards policies, talent development, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with global HR to integrate compensation programs across regions, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Work across HR functions to support end-to-end global talent management, including recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Enhance compensation tools to improve decision-making efficiency and employee experience.
3. Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance
• Support Compensation Committee operations, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements.
• Consolidate executive and board compensation data and annual report disclosures, supporting statutory reporting and corporate transparency.
4. Employee Relations and Culture
• Plan and oversee employee experience programs (year-end events, employee welfare committee, company-wide activities, health checks, engagement surveys, etc.) to align with corporate culture.
• Establish and execute mechanisms for investigations into misconduct, harassment, and workplace disputes to mitigate legal and reputational risks.
5. Policy Development and Compliance Management
• Develop and enforce global total rewards and employee relations policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure compliance and internal control.
• Proactively address international legal and compliance risks, ensuring adherence to local regulations across regions.
6. Data-Driven Insights and Market Intelligence
• Analyze market surveys, peer benchmarks, and data to forecast compensation and benefits trends, supporting management decisions.
• Promote digitalization of compensation analytics to enhance agility and cost efficiency in decision-making.
