職務說明 1. 晶圓級封裝設備: 濕製程/黃光等機台日常保養與維護。 2. 常日班 / 四班二輪日夜輪值，維持機台正常生產。 3. 機台異常報告及Trouble shooting SOP撰寫。 4. 1.Formulate and execute global supplier quality strategies to ensure alignment with corporate quality, engineering, and supply chain objectives. 2.Oversee the quality management of incoming materials, including substrates, lead frames, plating materials, and packaging components. 3.Lead supplier audits, qualification processes, and corrective action programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF16949. 4.Monitor and manage key supplier performance metrics, including yield, process capability (Cpk), DPPM, PCN, and SCAR, to drive continuous improvement. 5.Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance process controls, reliability, and implementation of SPC across critical vendor relationships. 6.Lead and mentor the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution of quality issues across all supplier networks.
