The Role
As a team manager, the role needs to build a team with high-competency sales talent, introduce strong service and solutions, guide and support front-line sales forces for business development, strategic partnership, and client engagement. This position is responsible for supporting the success of not only the direct reports but also the commercial sales team members within the larger team by enhancing their capabilities to perform as expected, motivating the sales team, resolving conflicts and issues in the pursuit and achievement of commercial business sales revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end business development process from business design, evaluation, approach, hypotheses, and plan,
to articulating the strategy and plans to key stakeholders.
2. Drive commercial service and solutions performance target achievement, including market share, revenues, and profits
via a solid performance management process.
3. Proactively identify key strategic opportunities and leverage the company’s resources to boost the business.
4. Develop a professional commercial service and solutions that are able to meet the objectives.
