【主要工作職責】
● 協助分行舉辦理財說明會、進行每日市場分析與報告,提供即時的資訊給理專。
● 需給予教育訓練,協助理專提升專業,包含:市場、產品等。
● 與分行經理及業務主管合作,進行顧客分析並提供合適的投資理財規劃諮詢,符合客戶需求。
● 提供策略面的專業,協助分行提升分行績效與理專生產力。
Job Purpose:
As an Investment Consultant, you will serve as a crucial internal expert and strategic partner, empowering our Consumer Banking Treasures Relationship Managers (TRMs) and branches to deliver superior wealth management advice and solutions. You will be responsible for providing in-depth market insights, product knowledge, and strategic guidance, directly supporting RMs in client engagement, acquisition, and portfolio management. Your role is vital in elevating the professional capabilities of our sales force and driving the overall investment performance of the consumer banking segment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily market analysis, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide timely market insights to Relationship Managers (RMs) and branches.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for investment products and market trends, addressing inquiries from the sales force.
• Collaborate with Branch Business Managers (BBMs) and sales leads to analyze customer demographics and develop suitable product and pricing strategies at the branch level.
• Provide strategic advice to branches to enhance their performance and improve RM productivity in investment sales.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for RMs on market outlooks, asset allocation models, investment products, and sales strategies.
• Organize and speak at small client seminars held at branches, disseminating market outlooks and asset allocation knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
• Refine sales trainings through regular morning updates and informal communications with the sales team, ensuring continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Prepare market outlook and product-related materials for sales training sessions and role-playing exercises.
Sales Enablement & Support:
• Join RMs in client calls to understand customer needs, provide expert investment advice, and help fulfill client investment requirements.
• Promote and educate RMs and clients on the DBS-Morning Star asset allocation model.
• Develop strategies to assist RMs in acquiring new customers and increasing assets under management (AUM).
• Responsible for gathering feedback on voice-of-customer and requirements, relaying them to the research team and product teams for continuous improvement.
